Creating 101 sections of text to read central to 101 display cases of various sizes, installed 360 degrees around the main exhibition room (ground floor) at Wellington Museum. The copy refresh and additional LED lighting was to allow greater accessibility for a range of visitors.

Mittens is a 10-year-old Turkish Angora cat who likes to wander around central Wellington receiving pats and cuddles. 
Mittens is often found snoozing in shops, cafes, pubs and office buildings. He knows how to use lifts and has even been seen waiting for the light to go green at pedestrian crossings. Mittens has his own Wikipedia page and is famous on Facebook, with 60,300 loyal fans.

Recently Mittens joined Sir Peter Jackson, Sir Richard Taylor and Brendon McCullum in receiving the
Key to the City of Wellington.
